We are committed to delivering your packages on time, every time. In the rare event of a delay, our Transportation Insurance covers you. If your parcel is delayed beyond the specified delivery date, we've got you covered.
While the loss of a parcel is an extremely rare occurrence, we acknowledge that it can be distressing. With our Transportation Insurance, you can trust that in the unlikely event of a parcel being lost in transit, you won't be left bearing the loss.
Despite our diligent efforts to protect your shipments, accidents can happen. If your package is damaged during transit, our Transportation Insurance provides you with the assurance that we will make it right.

Calculation of premium:
1. Premium price calculation accuracy:
When calculating the amount, round down after the second decimal place without rounding.
2. If the amount of all insured goods in the order, that is, the insured amount <= US$50, will be calculated as US$0.98.
3. If the amount of all insured goods in the order, that is, the insured amount > US$50, the premium quotation is calculated based on 2% of the discounted tax-included price of all insured goods.
No discounts or coupons are available on premiums.
Coverage & Compensation Details:
Package protection: package delay, package loss, package damage.
1. Package delays:
For domestic transportation, when the merchant sends the package, it is not delivered after 10 natural days;
For international transportation, if the package is not delivered after 30 natural days after the merchant sends it, it will be deemed as delayed, and the insurance company will compensate the customer US$5.
2. Package lost:
For domestic transportation, when the merchant sends the package, it is not delivered after 30 natural days;
For international transportation, if the package is not delivered after 60 natural days after the merchant sends it, it will be deemed lost;
For lost packages, the insurance company will compensate the customer for the value of the goods (the specific amount is based on the customer's purchase payment amount);
When the logistics status of a package shows that it has been delivered, but the customer states that it has not been received, it is considered lost or stolen from the porch, and this situation is also considered a type of loss.
3. Package damaged:
When the items received by the customer are obviously broken, broken, bent (if the item cannot be bent), crushed, etc., making them unusable, the insurance company will compensate the customer for the value of the goods (the specific amount shall be based on the amount paid by the customer). This does not include items that are manufacturing damaged, incorrectly packaged or unsealed.
The upper limit of compensation for any product is the value of the product (the specific amount is based on the customer's purchase payment amount) (including accumulated discounts and exemptions from various marketing activities)
